Applicants must have their completed LiveScan paperwork, at the time of their scheduled appointment. If an applicant is to be LiveScanned for multiple purposes, a separate form is required for each item. Separate fees apply. Applicants must possess a current valid form of photo ID to complete the LiveScan process. Acceptable forms of ID include a Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, Mexican Consulate Identification Card or Passport. Note: Student IDs, temporary DMV printouts or other forms of ID will not be accepted for any reason at any time.

Individuals must have an ORI number (issued by the DOJ) to have fingerprints taken. Contact your employer, organization or licensing agency for this important information.

All applicants must complete and sign the appropriate release form(s) prior to their participation in a background check.
