Support Business

In an effort to continue to help Riverside County Residents and local business, the County of Riverside is managing a program (S.T.E.P.*) that provides jobs for the unemployed, supports business, and helps motivated job seekers gain new skills. The job seekers will be employed by Riverside County and placed on a temporary assignment at your place of business. You will not pay any fees - no hourly wages, no sourcing fees.

Promote Employment

Without breaking your budget, you can hire people who have been affected by the economy and are out of work. Through the Subsidized Time-limited Employment Program, participating businesses will gain motivated workers without having to pay their hourly wage. S.T.E.P.* is managed by the County of Riverside and funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
