All law enforcement assessments must be taken at an Assessment Center. The County is not conducting Group Counselor I and Deputy Probation Officer I testing at this time. Indio Testing:
Testing is administered for all law enforcement applicantsfor this location by appointment only:
Deputy Sheriff Trainee & Correctional Deputy I
Law enforcement applicants are not required to submit their resumes, but before testing they MUST pre-register by visiting the www.joinrsd.org website and answer all pre-screening questions and if successful, can make an appointment to take the law enforcement examination. Testing is administered either by making an online appointment or by walking in to the Riverside location at the times noted above.
Be Prepared on Test Day
- Bring your:
- valid, Government-issued photo I.D. (such as a driver’s license)
- If you are a Veteran, also bring a copy of your DD-214 and letter of service-related disability (if applicable).
- Be prepared to state what job you are interested in when you arrive.
