EAP SPRING/SUMMER WORKSHOPS

You will want to be sure to attend our EAP workshops! These are designed for the employee to come at his or her lunchtime and gain valuable insight on intriguing topics. Come join us!

Alzheimer's Disease effects so many of those that we know and love. Come and find out more about this devastating disease and it's effects on those stricken with it, and those that love and care for them. This will be presented one more time, May 21, at Workforce Development in Hemet.

June 4, 11, 18, and 25; four consecutive weeks, EAP workshops will present a different format for the popular Stress Management workshop. For some time employees have asked for more time to cover certain workshop topics so EAP has developed a four-week "course" covering different aspects of Stress Management in our lives. There will be an "Overview of Stress Management" , followed by "Stress and Your Family", "Stress and Your Workplace", and "Stress and Your Money". This initial course offering will be at the Spruce St. complex in Riverside.
