Employee Services maintains employment and benefit-related records for all County employees. Performance evaluations, disciplinary records, and medical records are not maintained by Employee Services. These may be maintained separately by the employing department. For badge access, complete the necessary badge access request form and forward to your Supervisor. Department Representatives may click on the word "Appointments" to send a request to Employee Services for an appointment. Appointments are available Mondays through Fridays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
