Azusa Pacific University
Employees of County of Riverside can develop and advance professionally through the County's partnership with Azusa Pacific University. County employees, their spouses, and their children (up to age 26) can take advantage of the following:
A 15 percent tuition discount on the Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Management programs.
A 15 percent tuition discount on the Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree completion programs.
A 10 percent tuition discount on the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at the Inland Empire Regional Campus.
Some programs may be available at convenient APU regional campuses in the cities of Murrieta and San Bernardino, and on-site instruction may be available if a group of students is enrolling. California State University San Bernardino
CEGE shall provide to any employee of the County of Riverside a discount for designated CEGE programs (noted below), course tuition (fee) rates in existence at the time of enrollment for up to three years after the date signed on this Agreement. The tuition discount applies only to tuition and no other fee applicable to the student will be discounted. The tuition discount will remain in force for the duration of the student’s academic time at the University completing a CEGE-designated program only, provided the student does not miss two or more consecutive sessions.
The tuition discounts and associated programs at the time of agreement are as follows:
- 10% discount for BA Administration, BA, Criminal Justice, BA Social Sciences, MS Accountancy, Accounting certificate, Early Childhood Administration Leadership certificate, and Early Childhood Trauma-Informed Care certificate and Professional Cybersecurity certificate
- 15% discount for MBA.
- 15% discount includes: MS Cybersecurity and Analytics, MS Business Data and Analytics, MS Logistics and E-commerce, Data Visualization Analytics certificate. Upon approval, these programs become immediately available for discount to partner employees.
Claremont Graduate University

35.5% tuition scholarship on MBA programs. Designed for working professionals, the external degree program created by La Sierra University's Zapara School of Business, gives you a convenient, cost-effective way to earn your MBA with a cohort of your peers, going back to school just one night a week. Concentrations are available in Management and Human Resource Management and in Health Care Management.
A 50% tuition discount is available through La Sierra University's Evening Adult Degree Program for students interested in earning their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts (BA). The EADP is designed for working adults; all classes are in the evening, Monday-Thursday, one night per class per week.
