This packet is important because it includes details about your coverage, as well as your prescription drug ID card. Once you get your card, you can take it with you to retail pharmacies to start filling your workers’ compensation prescriptions. Of course, if you need to get a prescription before your card arrives or if you have any questions about the pharmacies in your network, myMatrixx can help. 

The myMatrixx First Fill program is designed to ensure that Workers’ Compensation prescriptions are filled without delay and ensure prompt claims handling.  First Fill is a proven program that allows a 14-day supply of injured workers’ medications to be filled prior to claim liability acceptance. Please print the First Fill Form provided on this site to take with you to the pharmacy to process your prescriptions.
