What's Happening

PRP Award Recommendations will be handled through RivCo Talent.
The PRP process will follow a timeline similar to what occurred last year.

Option to designate a Departmental PRP Compensation Delegate to run reports and approve worksheets.

Important Notes

PRP Performance Evaluations are not required but are strongly recommended to support PRP Award Recommendations.
All award recommendations of 4% or 6% require comments on the PRP Worksheet to justify the recommendation, as directed by the Executive Office.

PRP Schedule

Phase One-PRP Planning and Preview:	11/03/25 - 11/14/25 By 12PM business day.
In this phase, you can pre-plan, preview, and consider the content to be submit for the PRP Awards. **NOTE: You may save your PRP Award Recommendations - however, approval and submission to your manager are not yet available in this phase.
Phase Two-PRP Award Recommendation:	11/17/25 - 12/12/25
In this phase, the "Approve" button will become available making this the final opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments to the PRP Award Recommendations and to submit them to your manager. NOTE: The system follows a bottom-up approval process - the Approve button will not become available to upline managers until all downline managers have approved and submitted their worksheets up the chain.
Phase Three-Executive Office Final Approval:	12/15/25 - 12/26/25
In this phase, the Executive Office will review the approved Worksheets and request any adjustments (if needed), prior to the PRP awards being finalized.
Phase Four-PRP Award Effective Date:	1/08/26 - (Pay warrant dated 2/04/26)
In this phase, the Human Resources department will review and reconcile the award recommendations between December 29, 2025, and January 9, 2026. PRP Awards will be effective January 8, 2026, which will show on the Pay Warrant dated February 4, 2026.
