What Will I Learn?
Learn the skills to manage the constant flow of requests, tasks, and interruptions people face at all levels of an organization. Capture, clarify, and organize incoming requests by making strategic decisions about where to invest time and energy, what to prioritize, and how to prevent critical projects from slipping away.
Tech required: Voice over IP (VOIP) audio will be used for this virtual workshop. A computer with speakers and a microphone is needed to participate.
Availability of makeup classes is not guaranteed. Please confirm you are available to attend all sessions before registering.
