TRANSIT MONTHLY PASS PROGRAM FOR BUS & METROLINK PARTICIPANTS
The County's Transit - Transportation Expense Program allows employees to purchase monthly transit bus passes on a pre-tax basis via payroll deductions from Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) (serving western Riverside County), Omnitrans (serving western San Bernardino County) and SunLine (serving Coachella Valley). The cost of the monthly bus pass is spread out over 24 pay periods and any County employee is eligible for this Program! Simply complete a Transit - Transportation Expense Program Authorization Form and you may either fax it to us at 951/955-1181 or scan and email it to [email protected].

Registration & Termination of the Transit Monthly Pass Program:
If you are interested in registering for the Transit - Transportation Expense Program, simply print and complete a Transit - Transportation Expense Program Authorization Form. You may then scan and email the completed form to [email protected]. Please note that your first deduction in the Transit - Transportation Expense Program will be a full month’s deduction, which covers the first two weeks and the last two weeks of transit participation.
If you decide to change or terminate your participation in the program, you will provide the County of Riverside Human Resources Commuter Services Division with a written notice and submit a Transit - Transportation Expense Program Authorization Form notating your request. Terminations are submitted no later than the 15th of each month for the following month. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your termination request and your qualified transit expense will not be deducted for the last two weeks since you paid for this expense in advance. Please note REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN for any issued monthly pass.
